The email I provided is not found in the system.

This can occur for one of two reason. If we only have one email associated with your account, you may have previously given us an alternate email for contact, or we might have simply made a spelling mistake. The other possibility is that there is more than email associated with your account. In this case, the Self-Serve Client Portal account access is linked to the first email address we have listed on your profile, which means the owner of this email must login to the Self-Serve Client portal and add additional users to the account.

In either case, you can always contact our office at 1-855-385-4226 and we will help identify and make any corrections needed.

I did not receive my login PIN

Your unique PIN should arrive in your inbox within five minutes (usually under 1 minute), make sure to check your junk or spam folders, just in case. If you have not received a PIN after five minutes, please add hometownbroker@dulibaninsurance.com to your email contact list and try again.

The PIN I received does not work

For account security, the PIN you receive only remains active for 60 minutes. If your PIN is not working, it has most likely expired and you will need submit your email again to receive and activate a new one.

I am unable to view/print/save any of my documents

Clicking on a document or ePinkSlip, opens the document preview. To view the full document and unlock the ability to print or save the file, click the “+” in the bottom right-hand corner to open to the document menu. Select “Download” and the full PDF document will be shown.

I’m trying to add my ePinkSlip to my Digital Wallet, but nothing happens

The “Add to Wallet” feature for ePinkSlips downloads using a .pkpass file format, which is designed specifically for the Apple Wallet (available with iOS 6 or greater). Android or Windows users can still use this feature by installing any digital wallet app that is compatible with .pkpass files. The ePinkSlip company recommends the free Pass 2U Wallet for Android users.

Once you’ve logged in on either your Desktop or smart device, you can install the Self-Serve
Client Portal app through the menu options on your installed internet browser. Installing the
app creates a secure link to your account and eliminates the need to provide a unique PIN each
time you sign in.
