Moreover, June should be an insurance-for-dummies instructor. I learned more in three days from her clear, cogent explanations than I had ever understood in my 36 years of being insured.

She shared her expert knowledge of a baffling industry to help me navigate within it not just now, but in the future as well. For example, she is the first to ever explain that if I have an at-fault collision with an insurer who offered first-incident forgiveness, but then I leave that insurer for another (within x number of years), the forgiveness doesn't carry over to the new insurer - and boy howdy, the new insurer does NOT care how minor the collision or how many decades of perfect record preceded that one at-fault. This and other invaluable information she taught me will help steer my insurance decisions forever more. Thank you June!

This review is a very long time coming, My original plan was to write this when my first payment came out, I already paid for the first payment before it even happened. Forgetful lol
With this in mind, I apologize Alex Shortridge for the wait
she was genuinely one of the most patient people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, I had many confusing questions that she answered and reworded her answers to help me better
And throughout the process of me trying to find a car, she made the process of getting quotes super simple and easy
All around the experience I had with this human being was excellent
Frankly, that word doesn’t carry enough power to explain how happy I am with her work
As you can tell, I am happy with the service

My insurance experience has not always been the greatest. Mostly for faults of my own of which I have definitely paid the price for. This year, my tickets were to fall off my policy which I was looking forward to saving some money each month. I was in touch with Rafael Aparicio quite a few months ago to see when this would occur. He told my July, which brings us to this month. I reached out to Rafael and he was ready with all the information I needed about my renewed policy and new charges. The downfall was that the price decrease wasn't anywhere near what I expected which I was super disappointed with. I asked Rafael to look into it and he did. I was nervous at first because i wasn't receiving a fast reply from him like I have before...meanwhile he was just busy working hard to find me an EXCELLENT new option. When I tell you ... Rafael genuinely changed my life with what he was able to do. Without his hard work on my policy, I would not be able to save as much as I am projected to. In this day and age, that is a huge help and I still can't believe it. I am just over the moon about it. Rafael has been quick to respond, extremely patient with my questions and an absolutely pleasure to deal with. 10/10 customer service. Thank you so much, Rafael and Duliban!

I sent an email to whom I thought was the agent handling my account this morning. I received a call back message saying the agent was no longer with the company, please remove her name, and call back to the office. When I did, the call bounced around until I received an automatic message requesting I leave my number and I would receive a call back after agents had finished with other clients. I waited by the phone and did receive a call, but they hung up. Now it is a few hours later, and still no return call or an email. At first I gave a one star rating for the poor customer service. The company may be located in a small town, but the service is big town business. The next day I was very surprised to receive a call apologizing for the mix up and my issue was resolved quickly. I changed my rating to four stars; "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."
