In Oct'24, I engaged Amy Brown at Duliban Insurance Brokers to seek insurance renewal for my house in Niagara Falls, ON and she provided a prompt and excellent service, and I finalized the insurance with Intact at a much competitive rate than my current insurance broker and insurance company in Toronto.The online portal of Duliban Insurance Brokers makes it easy to manage the Policy.

After purchasing our old insurance company of 30 years, there’s always a concern about continuation of a service level. Our new contact at Duliban, Tia, helped me while buying my new car and responded quickly to my questions and requests and sent the paperwork electronically so that I could pick up the vehicle early. She was very accommodating and friendly to deal with.

My experience was very good. Warren Drake gave me a great price on home and auto. The process was quite easy to switch over. Warren was always in contact with me during the process. I would recommend Warren and the people of Duliban insurance
